Steel doors and melamine wood doors require 20-25 days to finish production for quantities within 3000pcs. Painting wood doors and fire-rated doors take 28-32 days to complete for the same volume. Production and drying times are typically faster during Spring and Summer.

A pure solid wood door is assembled using joined wood parts. However, most projects do not use pure solid wood for door panels because only a few expensive wood species (like Cherry and Walnut) possess the compatibility to keep their surface flat, resist cracking, and remain odorless across different climates. Most basic woods are not suitable for flat door panel construction.
When purchasing full container loads (20ft and 40HQ), the average inland transport cost to the port per door is lower, making the unit FOB price close to the factory cost. For smaller LCL orders (e.g., 20pcs) or sample quantities (e.g., 2-4pcs), the average transport cost per door is higher, and the unit FOB price is adjusted based on actual inland shipping expenses.
For standard 2100x800mm wood doors and frames, a 20ft container fits approximately 165pcs, and a 40HQ container fits about 370pcs. For steel doors, a 20ft container fits 125pcs, and a 40HQ container fits 290pcs.
Standard delivery time is between 30 to 35 days, depending on project customization requirements and final specifications.
